I am highly satisfied with the service carried out on my mobile phone. I originally went to"phone fixers" who didn't take time to have a look at the problem and just said it would cost £100. I went to I Fix Local on the off chance and they took time to look into the problem and it cost nearly half of what I was quoted from the previous shop. BRILLIANT! what more can one say. I got advice, my phone sorted and polite service. Whilst there a customer came in with son to pick up a repair to his son's phone. Brilliant service here. I’ve had to have my phones fixed a few times over the years (I drop my mobiles a lot!) and I’ve always had the best service and value for money at this shop. Everyone is always really friendly and never over complete things. Usually they can fix my phone with an hour or two as well. Now I know of this shop in Newport, Isle of Wight, I will not go anywhere else for repairs of electronic devices. The guy’s in there were fantastic! Professional , knowledgeable and extremely friendly. Extremely quick turnaround time and even fit a free screen protector on my daughters iPad which was awesome and above and beyond and made my daughter extremely happy giving her iPad a fresh new feel.
A massive thank you to the guys in this branch of ifix Newport, IOW. Couldn’t have asked for anymore. Cheers guys. Highly, highly recommend this branch if you happen to live on the Isle of Wight and need anything from a screen protector or case to a full on repair of your electronics.
