My tablet stopped charging . I thought the tablet was faulty . I was concidering sending the tablet off to a mainland repairs shop that would have cost me a small fortune.  Thankfully , another local repairs shop suggested I try the iFix Local in Newport . They tested my charging cable and found it wasn't working . The tablet was fine , and so with a new charge cable , it's up back and running .  I

Charged me £120 for an IPhone screen repair. Caused further damage by using a £10 cheap screen. Ruined the Face ID and didn’t even properly install the screen. Within a week the screen stopped working completely. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Took my iPhone 12mini in after I ran it over with a dump truck. Fortunately because I had a good case on it the phone survived, but screen was very badly cracked and phone had a bend it.
Was told they could fix my screen which they did and got a small extra fee for removing the bend. Phone is now fully functional and they even put a glass screen protector in for me which was good of them.
4 stars because I kept my phone with me while they ordered in a new screen for me and said they'd keep me updated as to when to drop my phone into them for we repair and it should be a couple days. A week passed and I heard nothing so I chased them up and they said they'll get one in for tomorrow. I think they forgot to order it or they lost me on the system but I do get these things happen.
Overall happy with the service I received and will definitely use again next time I crush my phone with a large piece of plant. Staff were kind and helpful throughout and couldn't do more for you.
